1. Service. LaunchLoud ("we") generates marketing and launch content from a URL and details you provide. Output is AI-generated and provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

2. Acceptable use. Do not use LaunchLoud to generate spam, deceptive content, or anything that violates a platform's rules (including Reddit, Hacker News, X and Product Hunt). You are solely responsible for where and how you post.

3. Accounts & billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR and USD; applicable taxes (including Indian GST) are added at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Ownership. You own the content you generate. We retain no rights to your output beyond storing it to provide the service.

5. Liability. The service is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of content you choose to publish.
